Hi, I'm moving up from a specialized secteur elite and am looking at either a cub agree gtc sl or the boardman slr 9.2. I live in the peak district so looking for something good at hills and ok on some of the rougher roads around here. Cheers. David

Just out of interest, how did you narrow it down to those two? I'm dream bike browsing at the moment and as well as the Boardman was also looking at Focus, Felt, Rose and Canyon.

I like the spec on the cube, the dura ace looks great. I like the lightness and wheels on the boardman so reckon it will be good on the hills. I wanted to get something with as good a frame as I could, I can also get the two of them on 0 finance which will help.

Both will be as good on hills as the rider. Take them both on a test ride and see which one feels better

Going for the cube, I'm good on the hills so I'll choose the one with the best spec.
