What am i looking for when I check these out - should they have any lateral movement?

    And, for shimano dyna-sys (10spd), I think the top too should not have any lateral movement.

    Thanks. There is a litle lateral play in the bottom jockey wheel on my SRAM X7 10 speed - what can I do about it? is it a replacement or service? is it serious and likely to fall off?

    My only niggling doubt is I am doing the 24/12 enduro as a team of 4 and dont want a mechanical to let me down. If its unlikley to fail then I am happy to leave it, but if changing it is safer then I'll do it.

    Prob just a bush, and very unlikely to totally fail
