SPD un-clipping as I pull up

I've been riding SPDs for a year, pedals are SPD 520s.

My right foot keeps coming unclipped when I pull up, doesn't happen as I pull up with the left.

Both cleats show about the same wear.

So do I need new cleats or just an adjustment?

If they need adjusting how do I do it?
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.

Yes you can adjust the release tension.

    Just an Allen key.

Tighten them clockwise half a turn, 4mm (i think?) Allen key.

Better but it still pops out occasionally.

add more or change to single release cleats.
