Whilst round 1 still continues into the sunset of bent wheels, broken chains and punctures...
We bring you round 2.
"This episode is being brought to you from the wonderful city of Brighton. Historically, Brighton was known for its two piers, its pavillion and 7000 virgins. All that remains is one pier and a pavillion.
In this round our illustrious panel of cycling afficionados (well, old cranks mostly) are going to change well known TV programmes and TV theme tunes into ones that are cycling orientated.

    Hold on, shouldn't Round Two be a round of Mornington Crescent?

    I would verify this with Samantha but I took her for an impromptu barbecue last night that ended up being a roasting up the back alley. We tried having bangers on a flaring camping stove but she complained her ring was burning so she couldn't do much with my flacid meat.

    Samantha nearly made it - she's been detained at the last minute following the Giro. An Italian gentleman friend has promised to take her out for an ice-cream, and she likes nothing better than to spend an evening licking the nuts off a large Neapolitan.

    *BUZZ* Mr Chairman, when do we move on to Round 3? I don't mind the deduction of points for my hirsute top lip - I'm a world champion after all and the ladies love that I have hair in the right places unlike most cyclists .
