Lentgth of BB for Scott Sportster 40 2011

Hi
I was wondering if anyone knew the size of bottom bracket I need for a mens Scott Sportster 40 2011 model? I don't really want to take it out until I've got one ready to put straight back in.
Also, I seem to knacker the bottom bracket quite a lot, is there anything obvious in my riding that I might be doing wrong?

The front chainset is listed as Shimano FC-M430-8 48x36x26 w CG, does this help?0
