First 100km Ride

Done this morning with a friend who is fairly new to cycling. Didn't go out to break any records but really enjoyed it just cracking on at a steady pace with a quick stop to refuel.
Did it in 4hrs 19mins. Still buzzin from the ride. What a fantastic way to take in the sights, enjoy the scenery, fresh air and get some excersise all at the same time

Well done and it was a very good day for it done my first 100 imperial mile ride today at the norwich 100 in 5.50 and happy with that ,but do have severe cyclists unburn lol
