Worthy replacement for Giant Terrago Trail?

Would this be a worthy replacement upgrade for my 2007 model?
I've upgraded the brakes to Formula and forks go Rockshox on my Giant.

Ghost SE 5000 2012 Mountain Bike

Need to get from Evans on Ride2Work. Any others they stock worth considering? Trek? Looking for hardtail.

    The ghost looks nice, but I suspect neither will be that light with the forks they have. Based on your other thread too.... Get the ghost, swap in the recons, Sell the Giant and switch the wheels, tyres and bars on the ghost... (and sell them as new too) Sorted.
    A Flock of Birds
    + some other bikes.
