    Yep apologies too but I'd expect a bike like that to begrudgingly part company with it's owner, along with a heroic story of it's past life and how fast it was and sad they'll be but they've just bought a new £5k bike. Oh and the spec could be written from memory as it is probably custom. Shame they didn't take the time to mention all that in the ad but I don't think it is dodgy, but I did search the stolen bike websites.
    FCN=10 Carrera Subway II with touring kit = rack, 2x Panniers and a bottle.
    No car, just a bike for everything 100+ miles / week. Commute daily Chorlton-Manchester or Chorlton-Horwich

    Exactly, I'd expect the listing to end with something like:

    "Selling as my only (or favourite) child has a rare disease and I'm selling my beloved Cervelo to pay for the treatment" or "my wife (who looks like J-Lo) has told me its her or the bike..."
