Here we go again.....

Carbon wrapped aluminium seatpost stuck in an aluminium frame!
I've read Sheldon Brown's ideas and tried the one about cutting it and peeling it on it's self - the post just broke up in pieces at the top! Now, I'm left with stump of post stuck in the seat tube, with hardly any top of post showing.

Is my one and only last option to get the frame down to the machine shop?
