Hello!
Just thought Id say hello and introduce myself. Been trying to get myself back into some sort of shape so Ive decided that I should get back on the bike and get fit again! In hunting down an el cheapo second hand bike and going to start back with regular riding short riding sessions to get me fit rather than going to gym for now. It also helps that we are in the process of buying a new house so Ill have a man cave to store my new stuff in Like I say, Im hoping to start small and work up to some decent runs etc but I feel starting small and regular is the key.
Im a regular on the Musicradar forum so one or two people may know of me from there, but Im based in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire so if anyone does know any good super beginner trails out there, Id be mucho appreciative!

Brechfa green and blue trail are a good place to start. Don't try the black trail just yet.--
