I have checked the cycling map but I can't figure out a good route.

I dont want to go as far as paddington as I will be pretty knackered and will want to get to work as soon as.

Anyone recommend a route and how long it wil take at a slow pace

thanks

    Hi,

Regent's canal? Some don't like the canal because you have to watch your speed, but if you are planning on pootling then no prob....

Hard to guess a time.".30-40 mins?

Although I've never been challenged, you are supposed to have a permit from British waterways which you can download from their website....

Through the St Johns Wood back streets to Lords, round the top of Regents Park then down through Mornington Crescent and round the back of St Pancras. Lovely.

(Edit - the canal is avery bitty round that section and also goes through a tunnel which is less than helpful ;) )

Even at a slowish pace (12mph?) 15mins should do it.

I'd allow 20mins then! The St Johns Wood / Regent park route is fine. Best of luck with it.
