1mm end spacer missing from new Cassette?!?

I've just bought a an Ultegra 6700 (11T-25T) cassette to fit some new wheels. However it looks like the 1mm spacer that goes on first is missing?! It's shown in the shimano tech document sheet, but it hasn't come with the cassette. I bought it from CRC and it came wrapped in a white/clear bag (no box or anything). Should this spacer be included?

Quite annoyed as I was hoping to run these wheels this weekend!

    I found the spacer! It wasn't in the correct order of the cassette, but when I took it all apart I found it :-). All installed on the new wheels and seems to work fine :D
