Some help to watch racing

So, I'm in Australia.
Can't afford (wife wont let me) get pay TV which has Eurosport which shows the cycling.
Free-to-air here only shows TDF, Flanders & Roubaix.
Don't want to stay up til 2am to watch racing (on Cycling Fans) because having to go to work the next is hard enough during the TDF for 3 weeks, a whole season would be death.

I dont really like watching the replays on Cycling Fans because they are usually in the language of the race location and us Aussies are a bit narrow minded/isolated and I only understand English. (I tell myself that if I lived in UK i'd learn other languages)

So I want to watch the races at 7am in the morning in English. How can I do it? Is there a program that I can record live internet feeds (because Cycling Fans live feed is usually in English).

Any help?

    cyclingtorrents.nl usually upload the races in many different languages in full (including English).

    They're not always the quickest though, so you may have to be patient.

    Or alternatively check out some of the channels on dailymotion - Ever since YouTube started taking down stuff it's a better bet.

    Great site. Doesn't use torrents (you just download a huge file) and gets updated fairly quickly.

    I tend to watch highlights reels on Steephill.tv - they often have last 40km or somesuch. You will have to deal with furrun lankwiches, but that's part and parcel of being a cycling fan regardless of location.

    Or, wait till Sunday 5pm for Cycling Central on SBS!!!! :)

    i tend to pick and choose my battles for live viewing, even during TdF season. I'm a bit miffed that MSR isn't being streamed. I think Giro is being streamed in full by SBS this year too, though...
