Hi,
I need a new set of chainrings so will get a new chainset instead (compact 172.5mm).
Currently got 105 spec which I'm happy with, but wanted advice on replacements as others seem as others seem quite a bit cheaper. So is anything cheaper than the 105 worth a look? Needs to be reliable and functional, but dont care for flashy or particulary light as its a training bike. Apex, Gossamer etc etc.
Bike is used for daily commuting, turbo training, training, does 100 + miles a week in all weathers.

SRAM Apex or Rival cranks are quite smart looking without being too flash. Saw them cheap on Parker International last time I looked.0
