To be honest I think the UCI is short of funds so is sanction riders easily to try and get the fines.
Does anyone know if the UCI gets fines which are related to a rider's salary if sanctioned? If so, on what logical basis are they allowed to have this money?Contador is the Greatest0 -

I don't understand this. He's been using it for 15 years, his old team didn't seem to know about it, he didn't have a TUE, he's never tested positive before, despite using it for the last 15 years.
