giant talon 2.5 front mech clamp size?

hi guys, i've just bought a giant talon 2.5 frame, but my old mech won't fit as the clamp is too small.

before you say it - i don't have a blumming tape measure here and i want to buy a mech tomorow, does anyone know what size clamp i need?
