Road/track Racing

I'm just trying to make a few decisions as to what to do with my season. I was wondering whether if I were a 4th Cat on the road would I be a 4th Cat on the track and therefore do points received account for both disciplines?

    But I think you can only pick up points on the track in endurance events (3km plus) or overall track league position (just for reference).
