AM HELMET / XC BIKE RIGHT OR WRONG ?

Been looking at helmets after advice on here to buy the best fit / comfort but i find the am style ones the most comfortable ie. Giro Hex, Xar, Fox Flux, 661. Would it look daft wearing an am style on a xc bike ( Anthem ). The xc helmets i have tried feel massive and not as comfortable.

    Wear whatever you want, there are no rules to it. We're not roadies :)

    I would wear my AM helmet on a road bike, never mind an XC bike :lol: I know someone that wears a pisspot on his Anthem and he doesn't look entirely stupid.

    If anything I think the non peaked xc helmets look stupid...

    I wear The Giro hex..
