hello guys , im after a bit of help!

i am looking into purchasing a new mountain bike, hard tail or full suspension, i currently have a gt hardtail.
it will be for commuting to work (althohg i can use the old one) and weekend offroad trailing!

i have had a few reccomendations from friends , specialized camber, rockhopper, cube LTD , GT sensor and Boardman , am wondering if anyone can help?? i have around £1000 to spend??
any help will be great!!

    Whatever you do, do it quick and you could still bag a 2011 bargain! Someone spotted a Sunn Prim on CRC for a grand which was outrageously well specced. Even if you'd have to ride a french bike.

    I bought a 2011 gt sensor 4.0 and made up with it , was reduced from £1000 to £750 although for a grand you ll possibly get the sensor 2 if you shop around with the fox bits and better spec, great bike and the rear suss works well.
    The family that rides together stays together !
