Cyclepowermeters / Hunter Allen power seminar

Thinking about going to this since it's not that far away and only £20 for the day. Has anyone been to a seminar like this before? Is it just an outlet for manufacturers to plug their power meters, or might it actually be quite useful? The 'breakout' session at the end with 'experienced coaches' sounds quite interesting.

  • Hi - I will be there representing RST Sport as one of the coaches for the breakout sessions. There will be a wide cross section of coaches available to talk to, but having Hunter Allen there to engage with is a real bonus.

It's designed to provide the end user (ie. you!) with more information as to how to best organise your training using a power meter, it won't be like a power meter Interbike or anything like that!

  • Xavier will be doing a breakout session on track training. I may also be there, but it does depend on my schedules for coaching some riders. if i'm there i'll be discussing track too.
