I passed this one by a `consulting` detective and he said `easy`
The following clues gave it away
The day of the week
The state and number of the bottles
The pool of water in the bottom of the wheely bin


Friday was a working day but just before a Bank Holiday when a relief crew moved the bin on a substitute bin day after the owner had left it outside their house following a large family party.He had used the bin as a giant wine cooler hence the water from the melted ice but confused by the change of days hadnt realised it would be emptied later which of course it wasnt because it was a relief crew who once they realised their mistake couldnt remember where to take it back
You are looking for a wealthy family man,probably mid fifties who lives in a large detached house just off Hagley Road who is currently abroad,probably in the Caribbean with his much younger new wife.
