Returning after a long, long while

Was a member of the old C+ forum, and sorta lost track of things (though i've still been lurking enough to know that its all Wiggles fault....) due to losing a lot of my former interest in cycling, and just recently getting a motorbike. Cos i'm now the wrong side of 14 stone i want to get back at least some of my former fitness (my back will thank me too)

There's no new riders thread or forum, so just wanted to drop a post and say hi and hopefully make some new friends to prattle on to/at/about (delete as applicable)

I was kinda surprised that my log in still worked after all this time!

Road beginners should be the right place for that, but only an insomniac pedant would haul you up for it at this time in the morning.
    Happy cycling!
  • Thats as maybe, but as i was cycling over 100 miles a week a few years ago, i'd hardly class as a beginner... Though if i tried right now, my legs might disagree!
