Just entered my first real race, Cat 4 at Hillingdon on 7th Jan. Excited and nervous in equal parts. SCR might have to take a back seat for a while...

    You'll be able to have a bit of fun on the commute. But chasing down that man on his single speed won't be on your mind if it's a Thursday or Friday!

    Good luck, I reckon you should get a good result, you were a long way up in the scratch race we did and cat4 is not that fast!
