Excuse my ignorance, but this isn't a genuine post is it? :?
Europcar must be dissapointed after how Roland and Tommy got on in the tour (2 men doesn't make a team however) but somebody has to lose out I suppose.0 -
Can someone name me another rider from Europcar other than Voeckler and Rolland?
Thought not. Therein lies the reason why they didn't get a license.0 -

If you are a World Tour race organiser why would you want Europcar in your race? Your first question is going to be whether Rolland or Voeckler are going to be on the roster. After that it is slim pickings. Having said that, it is sad though that riders they'd signed based on getting a World Tour berth found themselves having to look for teams so late in the year.0 -
Europcar didn't do anything other than the Tour. Sure it is a shame they didn't get a licence but I think it is perfectly reasonable. I'm sure they will get a wildcard to the Tour anyway so will have plenty of opportunity to do things next year.

Molteni must be gutted. But then I suppose I can't name anyone but Merckx.___________________
