Advice on upgrading a wheel set - but not big bucks talk.

I'm refurbishing a mate's old Dawes bike for him, and need to replace the wheels (old heavy and cheap dented alloy rims, with hub and spoke damage). I've looked at the following wheelsets, and would welcome any advice that you all have:
Shimano RS20 (Have used these for two other refurbs, and they seem okay)
Mavic Akisum (Seem okay, and not too heavy)
Fulcrum Racing 7 (No idea, but it's the same price point)
The buying brief is under £150, and a full wheel set. It needs to be Shimano/SRAM freehub as well. That's about it.
I'll order them on Sunday, so would welcome any ideas over the next 24 hours.
Cheers, people.

Nice shout on the Planet X wheels - didn't think about those. Bought an SL Pro last year from them (Bristol shop) and fitted RS80 clinchers straight away, so haven't experienced the more basic PX wheelsets.
Cheers - keep them coming!Planet X SL Pro

Would like to have used the wheels that came with the SL Pro, but upgraded at the time I bought the bike, and got a very good deal on the RS80's as a result.
I'll see if anything else comes out of the woodwork...Planet X SL Pro
