Frame - GT Avalanche (not sure wich one yet though)

Hey guys I'm new in mountainbiking and would like to know if anyone can tell me if the parts i found fit eachother and a GT Avalanche frame:
(10 speed shimano xt rear gearing)

  • Yes, That would all be fine. I think this should be in the Buying Advice section though.

    Secondly if your new, why dont you just buy a pre-built Avalanche n test your skills first, then upgrade as you go along?

    2010 GT Avalanche 1.0, All the kit is great for a beginner, It is 9 speed though.

    The chain device won't work because you don't ISCG05 mounts on the frame you'd need a BB mounted version. I assume you plan to run a single ring.
