New bars advice

Usual apologies if this has been covered to death already, but I'm in the market for a new set of bars (quite possibly a stem to go with them too) and I would be very grateful for any recommendations.
They will be for my steel winter trainer/commuter so a few extra grams here or there will not worry me much. What I think I am after is a bar that has...
A width of around 42cm
The 'ergo' shape
A shallow(ish) drop
Beyond that I am told 'oversized' is now the way to go for stiffness and comfort and I read good things about a bar with flat sections.
Any advice for a clueless idiot would be appreciated.

Thanks Bozman! The bars look just the job and I see they get great reviews. looks like most places are out of stock for the wider versions, though, so I'm going to have to shop around.
Any other tips welcomed0 -
