Problem with rear mech

I've got a problem from my rear mech area, i've got a 3x10 chainset and in gears 7 and 8 on the rear cogs, theres a really annoying clicking noise. this happens when its on any of the front gears. Probably an easy fix but i'm new to this so any help would be appreciated,

Could just be the gears you use most and they are worn.I don't do smileys.

Could it be your rear mech cable touching the wheel as it spins?0

Probably needs slight cable tension adjustment.0

Most shops offer a free first service after so many weeks. I would pop it back into them if you can't find where the noise is coming from.0

This, if you ain't had it back in, but yes if it is the cable end you can bend it away from the wheel.0
