Broken Suntour Epicon LOD forks

Hi there,
Recently I was going down the downhill trails on my 2 year old Carrera Fury and went and had a crash at the bottom of the run. I wasnt hurt but my bike was. Me and my dad took a look at the bike to see if there was anything wrong with the bike and we saw that the lockouts on the Suntour Epicon LOD forks had turned another 90 degrees. When I got on the bike I noticed that when i pushed down on the suspention I could hear air leaking out of the forks when they came back up. Also when I increase the PSI in the forks I dont feel any diference.
Has anyone come across this problem before and does anyone know how to fix it?

Not sure what you mean by lockouts turning 90 degrees?I don't do smileys.

The lockout has turned anticlockwise by 90 degrees.0

I assume its the right hand lever your talking about.
Yes it does come slack and yes air can leak.
Take the black lock out lever off by prising off.
Get a spanner and tighten up the 27mm(I think) Put lever back on and set pressure.
That should fix it.
Try tightening the other side as well.0 -
The driveside leg (the lockout one) doesn't have any air in it.
The lockout does turn a full 180 degrees. Straight ahead is open, facing towards the bike is locked out. Anything in-between will knacker the fork.0 -
SR has a fix for this somewhere on their site... not sure where though!0

No there isnt any air in it but with the damper going up and down and when the cap is slack, you get an air noise coming from it.
Keep getting it on mine and the cap keeps going slack.
Same happens to the other side which does have the air in it.0 -
