LH front shifter took a knock today and now when shifting up its getting stuck behind the down shift paddle, there is a lot a play in the down shift paddle so i presume somethings broke inside.

RH shifter has been a bit sticky for a few rides now not coming back to position having to manually pull it back, in need of looking at i think.

Looked at a few tutorials but my patience does not stretch that far :)

Going to ring LBS tommorow and see if they do rebuilds, is this likely?

Merlin are doing a pair for £38, is this likely to be more cost effective than repair?

Replace em mate, shifters are a pain in the ar$e to rebuild and your lbs will probably cost you nearly 38 quid....
  • just what i was thinking, thanks for reply.
