Found this website that details a lot of the old quarries in rossendale mostly on the same moorland as Lee and Cragg. Looks like some good XC riding.

    Did the link today from Lee to cragg it would of been a great ride if it wasn't for the shoddy weather, at one point I could only see about 40yds, even the sheep were looking at me with a look of amazement, got to cragg but then decided to abandon the ride it was just to bad. Hope to get it all in next time, the ride back down to Lee was great though very fast flowing there has been some good work done up there.

    i broke my seat today at the bike park in delamere :cry: doing a downhill run. i took a jump off a root and landed in the trees at the bottom of the run haha was good fun though. the 4x track was good practice on the berms like.

    dont know about sunday yet im in work at 12pm so im trying to figure out if i can make it there and back in time.feck knows what i will sit on though if i do go?

    If the seatpost is fine all fittings intack, I have a seat I can bring along for you to whack on for the ride only a 5min job.

    think i can just about make it, im going to get there for 8am though and max i can stay is 2hrs as i need to be back home for 11 ish then straight to work :lol: hoping i dont break anything. cheers for the seat mines like sitting on a bannana.

    i wil just meet you guys near the pump track when you get there, gonna do some filming for the moooovie to and im going to tackle that black run again and hope it doesnt throw me off this time.

    eays now fellow rangers! the bike works pretty much now, think i may have sorted my pedal-bob a bit too. although a really bent my seat post the other week at gizzy so im usind a cropped one. In otherwords my seat is in the lowest position and is stayin there lol. so its really not suitable for riding up hills atall :)

    i fancy nailing that berm-jump after the table tops on way back to carpark.

    i think i may get there a bit earlier too. cos it will take me moons to get up the first hill hehehe!

    It's was wet and windy to start with but turned out ok, Just messed around doing drop offs and jumping the tabletops, good fun.

    i woke up late, arrived late but got away injury free... although i did crap it a bit when i landed front wheel first on the table tops lol. hopefully i'll have the balls to carry more speed through second table top into berm some time soon :D

    i deffo need a hard tail again, pump tracks are way cool on hard tail, can really get some speed up! hard on FS, may even grab a bmx for some pump track larking :D

    JUMP the berm flick the bike to the left, land on the trail and continue forward, do not stop until you pass go!!!
