I had some Recons on my Sette, which were pretty light but there was a little flex under heavy braking but nothing to get exited about, I have now bought some Sid Team what weight loss gain will I see and do these flex at all.

weights are listed on RS's web page.

flex very similar.

but it all depends on which recons you have. Version and year. and also the Sids. Version and year.

The recons were the solo air gold, 32mm stanchions. 2006
The sids are dual air team race blackbox 2010

Ah, the old Rev and Tora lower legs. They are stiffer than SIDs.
