YAY !!

I have been commuting to work on my trusty Langster since the 9th May. In that time I have had many ups and downs.

For the last couple of weeks I set myself the target of completing the short version of my ride home (6.3miles) in under 20 minutes. Today I did it - 19mins and 54secs and an average speed of 19mph.

Better than that, mile 3 was ave speed of 21.3mph and mile 4 was 20.4mph ave speed.

Really chuffed!

Have been struggling with my fitness for the last couple of weeks too.

:D

FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
CAADX 105 beastie for bumpy bits
    Litespeed L3 for Strava bits

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

HaHa - no need for that. I have a variety of options for commute home, ranging from short commute (6.3miles) to nice long (25mile) ride.

Next target is to complete my 20 mile version of my commute home in under an hour. Best I have managed so far is 1hr 7mins.
