Training...without a bike?!

Churchill Insurance are replacing my bike with all the amazing speed of a snail on ketamine. So, I don't have a bike for ~1 month, and I want to make sure that when I do get back on a bike I can actually pedal the thing.

So, I have ~ 2 hours a day free, and access to a Wattbike (albeit one with a way too-short seatpost), a rowing machine, some running shoes, and if I'm lucky some weights. What do you suggest?

The seatpost's two inches too short- it makes using it feel totally pointless as I'm easily putting out 100 fewer watts than I would be normally.

( I have legs like a giraffe. But not the neck. Or the orangeness.)

Don't sit down. See if you can manage 2 hours simulated climbing in the wrong gear!
