spd or flats

hi
what do folk reckon. should i keep using spds or change to flats?
find spd ok when commuting but a pain when offroad!

    use the search this has been fought over before and it never gets anywhere ,
    But at end of the day its how you feel with either option no one else can decide .

    +1 for go with what you like & feel happiest in. For me its SPD's all the way as I like the control they give me & I can get the power on whilst out of the saddle whilst pulling up on the pedals as well as pushing down, however I ride with guys with flats who feel they give them a much better feel.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
