To hose of you who know where i mean,

Since im new, unfit and fat I've Bering riding out towards the peak via abbeydale road. There and back is about 10miles for me which for a fatty is hard. I always seem to run out of steam as I exit totley.

Is it just the issue of me being fat and unfit that makes this hard or is the gradual incline actually make anyone else huff and puff.

Apologies if this is full of bad spelling and grammar. Wrote on an iPhone.

Cheers.

  • If you are new, fat and unfit then Id expect any incline to be tough
Especially those going out to the Peak

    Stick with it

    It gets easier I promise

It levels out as you exit Totley, no?

Where are you riding to, Owler Bar?

Anyway, stick with it, it will only get easier.
