Thanks

Take a look at Lusso. It's not the most exciting brand but it's reportedly well put together (search the web for reviews), made in England and has a fairly low price point.

Decathlon ones I bought were fine for me, paid the extra for the thicker padding and still came to less than 40 quid.

Spegg from cycle-clothing for around £28 IIRC.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

+2 Did an overall 28 miles today, and no pain in my botty. Could even get a matching jersey for something like a tenner as well. I've got the blue top, black bib shorts with blue and white trim. Look pretty neat as a set and do make a difference. Mine have a red chamois, which according to the info at the store are suitable for 3-4 hours riding at a time.

Is it my imagination or do the legs on bibs seem a bit shorter than on ordinary shorts? I was in Decathlon yesterday checking out their bibs and legs seemed half the "normal" length.
