    Yesterday I used their price match offer for the first time - took no time at all for them to respond with a code that gave me 60% off the item I wanted. Sweet.

    It wouldn't surprise me that some of the prices they've matched for me haven't resulted in any or very little profit for them.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Indeed customer lifetime value would probably run into the '000's, so worth hanging onto you!

    Out of interest what is their price match offer, and do they match straightaway?
