Noisy Chain Guide and Rollers

My Chain guide and Rollers are quite dirty and greasy ( they don't run too great ) How do you recommend cleaning them?

  Same way you clean the rest of your drivetrain. Maybe the bearings in the roller are ready for the bin and replacement
