Sorry, Halfords cycle to work.....again

I`m sure this has been done to death but does anyone know whether any Halfords stores in London/South East allow you to top up a £500 letter of collection with cash. My firm only allow us to go up to that amount and there`s nothing in Halfords that`s worth getting for that. Otherwise are there any other shops that take a Halfords LoC

    Shops don't like 'top-up' as you don't own the bike until the agreement is complete, yet you own the portion that you 'topped up'.
