Wiggle Promotion Codes

Does anyone know if it's possible to use Wiggle promtion codes as well as their bike to work scheme? Wiggle currently has 20% off all bikes with the code TOUR20. I am wondering whether I should treat myself to a Focus Izalco Pro 1.0 Dura-Ace 2011. List price is £2.5k!!
However using the TOUR20 code it would become £2000. If I am then able to buy this on bike to work, the first thousand would come down to £500-600ish (the remaining thou I would stick on a credit card).
If I am able to do this, the bike would cost £1.5-1.6k total.... I emailed Wiggle but they have completely misunderstood and replied with some stock answer about the bike 2 work scheme...

Unlikely you can use vouchers, unlikely you can top up with your own cash as you're then only renting half the bike...0 -
