How is it, any advice in improving it, I feel like I am a little bit upright.

    Assuming the saddle height is correct, the front end looks a tad low to me.

    as above - the lateral reach seems about right, I would say you look a little bit stretched vertically on the drops. maybe could do with the bar/stem slightly higher....

    There's a few bike fitting calculators around, but here's a good one with a video to show how you can measure yourself at each stage. You can only but try and see if it offers a better fit.

    Even with lower stem you may be still too high, have you tried a larger bike ?

    Love the pic - gave me a good laugh. You forgot to highlight the Di2 shifters, of course.

    As already said, longer stem and/or saddle further back is the only physical way to flatten the back on that bike. However, you already look thinner than a credit card so wind resistance may not be an issue - if you're comfy, go with it!

    For racing look a bit far back and too high to me, +1 for longer stem and also suggest a frame respray :D
