Hey, it was all for personal consumption!

This is nothing to worry about, as David Millar says "We've never been cleaner.". The EPO era is long gone. Ended in 2009 with this shipment. Probably.

Ochowicz claims he's no idea who this guy is.

He should stick providing advice on Swiss banking.

seems like the Soigneur has been quite busy at BMC the last few weeks and BNC saying they don't even know who he is.. Such fools..

    Thta's rather stupid of him.

However, I would be very surprised if the head of my office knew who I am.

Oh, THAT Sven S, I though it was a Sven S that we don't know. In that case then we do know him.

That's not really the point though is it? An employee, albeit likely on a casual basis, has been charged with a criminal offence so you'd think that Ochowicz, or your boss if it were you, would get the facts right before talking to the press.

    Otherwise they look stupid.

It' wasn't meant to be a serious comment. More a reflection on how management often ignore their staff. Besides, my office has nearly 1000 people in it (although half of them are on strike today).

On the off chance JOch is telling the truth, you think he'd make an employee check, before making such a statement.
Now, he just looks like a liar. JOch telling porkies? Whoever would have thought?

Actually, that link doesn't work - 404 error

Initially I thought it was some sort of legal issue, that CN had retracted the story, but I assume this is it, just moved to a different web address

The thing with this BMC soigneur case is that the package was intercepted over a year and a half ago. Unless the cops move incredibly slowly, they've been using that time to keep tabs on theis Sven chap to see what other sort of things he gets up to. I would imagine they have a pretty good idea of where those vials were going to end up. If it was BMC then I would have expected this to get bigger sooner.

But then I'm not a cop, so what do I know?
