Radio 5 TdF / Tour of Pain download help reqd...

Does anybody know if its possible to download the Tour of Pain programme that was on last Tuesday? I want to listen to it on my mp3 player on my ride in and I cant. Is it just me being a retard?

    Sorry Fenboy, I'm not sure how you can download it. Can't you do if through the BBC website? I thought there was a 'Download now' button. I appreciate my post was next to useless. Sorry.

    You could always play it on your pc and capture the stream..then convert and listen later, allegedly.
