I'm heading to Dalby for the 1st time this week, can't wait! Has anyone got Any tips or advice to make my day there even more enjoyable? I'm going to be tackling the red route and hopefully the world cup circuit. Thanks in advance for any tips!

They are pretty local to you, and have a specific Forum for Dalby and Hamsterley rides, plus they seem a very friendly bunch.

Went to Dalby yesterday and had a great day! Weather was great, dalby was quiet, and the riding was brilliant, can't speak highly enough of the place, great routes, great place and the cafe does great hot chocolate and cakes for afterwards!! And not forgetting the bike porn shop that is Pace!!

We did the whole of the red route (34.3km) with a few blasts down black routes and a bit of time spent at dixons hollow. A great day out!!

Yeah the Red Route feels never ending. Long stretches of singletrack, followed by short Technical (ish) sections. Enjoyed the day there though.

The black route from Dixons hollow is really fun and trying to get round the skinnies without putting a foot down is amazingly fun.
