    This.

After the dropper post, they are the best upgrade I ever bought. I can handle the rest of me being cold and wet, but there was just something about cold wet feet that just made me want to go home.

Failing the socks, some overshoes or something maybe.

Or new riding gloves, I'm always buying new riding gloves.

I found a skull cap very nice in the winter, especially riding through driving snow wondering where the hell the trail went.

Condoms - One of the best investments you can make, they can save you so much money in the long run...

Think of all the bike stuff you could buy then.
    XC: Giant Anthem X
    Fun: Yeti SB66
Road: Litespeed C1, Cannondale Supersix Evo, Cervelo R5
    Trainer: Bianchi via Nirone
Hack: GT hardtail with Schwalbe City Jets

Give £10 to a bike charity, and spend £10 on a curry.
    Planet X SL Pro
    Trek 1.9c
    Condor Pista (44T x 17T)
    Trek Fuel EX8
GT Peace 26" (36T x 15T, I think. Mud and sticks in the way)
Oh, and lots of lovely secondhand bits from eBay...
