Neither is 'better', just different depending on what you want from the fork.

Have you looked up what they do? Air is easier to adjust to your weight and lighter, coil can be smoother, and the uturn allows travel adjust.

    How much are you paying?

because i looking to buy a future proofed fork as i can i am looking at the 20mm maxle type axel so for the uturn coil http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/ ... LUK&cc=GBP has it for £250 but i would then have to take into acount the fees for customs and vat so i think it would be around £320 but im not sure and the solo air version is around £330 from tweed cycles

Are you wanting 150mm of travel?

And postage, so well over £320, plus warranty hassles.
    I would buy local.

    I would buy a Revelation

i would by buy a revelation but i dont want 150mm because my bike can only take 120mm but i would buy the revelations if i could lower the amount of travel by taking out some spacer but i dont know if i can which is a shame because i can get some revelations for about the same price as the sektors the revelations are http://www.merlincycles.co.uk/Bike+Shop ... RLT-QR.htm and they are 140mm so i think there might be the chance to remove 20mm of the travel using spacers.
any info on doing this would be very useful from any one. thanks

should be able to space that rev down... or just get a 120mm reba?!

The sag idea is a bad one... the fork will just feel way over soft, bottom out, and generally be crap.

i might have to drop an email to sram about changing the travel on the revelations
merlin do have the reba RLT Ti in for £20 more than the revelations when you use the vip thing but it looks like an error because of the low price lol

some can be changed some can not.

it all depends on what you buy.

and How many topics do you need?

You only need one topic on buying forks. It also helps people give advise as they can see all the info. Like what bike. What forks have already been discussed etc etc.
