Put them in the netting bag they came in and chuck them in for a 30min 30degree wash, no conditioner just washing powder / fluid.0

I just chuck mine in the washing machine with the rest of my kit + trainers
they're pretty old and scatty now though (about 3 years old) coudl really use a new set

wel... mine aren't in great condition anymore so I don't really care lol.
a low heat/slow spin would be best.
Watch out for the velcro though, they cling to ANYTHING and can ruin other clothing/other parts of the pad if they're not velcro'd together properly before putting in the wash.0 -

These ones are quite new, so I'm thinking it might be some dye or something like that that's the problem. But still, I'll tyr washing them first.0 -
Yup bung them in low heat slow speed and done, they come out well

Washed my 661 KS a few times now, no issues at all 30ºC and a low speed spin
I dry mine by laying them flat in the sun or on the radiators in winter.0 -

blimey you guys are caring of yours!! mine go in with the rest the kit 30/40degree wash with all ion one washing liquid, normal spin etc.,
only trouble i get is if i dont wear anything under then they rub the top of my knees, someone recommended cutting the toe off some old socks to wear as liners!
if am honest, only wear mine in the winter to kepp my knees warm! Timmo.

If you just put them loose in the machine, the velcro can hook onto other stuff and the logos fall apart after a few goes. Stick em in the string bag or a pillowcase if that's a problem.Uncompromising extremist0
