Feudalism will never change. We will always have divine right of Kings. Talking about universal suffrage (including for women and the non-propertied class) is just idealistic rubbish.

Freedom of speech and religion? Ha! We will always be burning heretics at the stake.

Human rights? OF COURSE they will never exist, what absolute blithering nonsense. If I want to kill somebody, I'll just go and do it anyway.

Education for the masses? Why, that's just preposterous! The poor always have been and always will be illiterate and ignorant, and will have to beg the permission of the Lord if they want to leave the manor. It always has been and always will be like that. You can't change these things, you know. People will never stand up to the ruling classes and demand change!

Now, as you can see, I have comprehensively proved that the world will never change, and I can predict the future with unerring accuracy, so you peasants go back to making your houses out of pig sh1t or something.

Didn't realise that my bandwagon was so big.

Can people please stop jumping on it now?

Dead horse, flogging, and all that...

    Getting dull?

I'd only read yours when I posted mine, not the capitalism and Man U ones.

Seriously though, Scrumple, you really should seek psychiatric treatment, you seem to have some massive anger problems.

    I just get grumpy.

    Very grumpy.

    Boringly grumpy.

I've got a 2002 Haut Medoc open - my uncle in law gave us a box of 6. Decided to pop one for the champions league game.

What with my sore throat it is well wasted on me today.

We have a kenwood bread thing. Makes decent enough stuff, and my mother in law makes amazing pizza dough in hers.
