Well the day is final here that i should have been getting married so i will be spending it throwing my bike around Llandegla, eating bacon and watching the football. Just to think I had a nervious breakdown over that filthy whore who says things don't work out for the better :-)
What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?

Well there's a cheery start to the weekend.

Nothing planned for today. Probably go get some groceries, maybe consider tidying up the hurricane disaster zone that is my garden.

Brilliant !!! thing is your bike will always be there, you can ride her anytime and as hard as you want and she will never complain....the trinkets you buy here are also cheaper....and the best thing is she loves the dirty stuff !!!

Off to Deggy myself in a bit..so have a good one

Sounds like you are well shot, enjoy the ride and pop some porn on later whilst drinking scotch and smoking a big cigar

Good Luck tommorrow, remember you are not only representing yourself, but all of the hopes and dreams of the Crudcatcher lie on your shoulders, so no pressure :D

And good morning, I'm more relieved than anything today after cackhandedly being able to locate and send in my job application, glad its out the way. Today however, I'm at work, spare but as there are a couple of jobs open later its going to be a busy one I fear, still finished for quart to 8 at the latest, then an evening watching football eating my homemade Burgers, before working my way through some more episodes of the fantastic Diners, Drives ins and Dives, where food like this is often on the menu

    Good Morning Freaks!

Going shopping shortly for tomorrow's birthday party 'do'. Then going to get a few more miles in on the Focus. Still hoping my stuffs from CRC will arrive today. It's showing dispached on their website, so fingers crossed.

Bacons, ommlette and toast have been consumed in vast quantities for breakfast. TBH, with all this extra mileage I'm doing, I'm struggling to keep myself 'fueled' properly. I've lost half a stone over the past couple of months.

    Mutley - Lucky espcape methinks.

    Jay - Good luck.

    Gazlar - That's this evening's dinner sorted!

    Laters...

    Greetings Maggots..

I did something unorthodox last night and decided NOT to set the alarm clock and wake up when I wake up..
So, I woke up at 10AM, not that I had a good night's sleep due to the neighbour's baby crying all night and sadly I can hear the cries from my room..

Today is a day of housework, as if I get all my "chores" done today it frees me up for riding tomorrow and Monday. Win!\

Monaco GP qualifying on in an hour or so... Win once more,,

Good luck Jay12. I think this is the first time ever that we've been supportive to him and not just ripped on him

Another day of meh for me. I've jsut had lots of bacon though, so it isn't bad. The Formulas Oros are on and seem really good, I've just got my bargain X7 mech in the post but the cables I ordered from Biketart which they said they had in stock, they didn't actually and they are waiting for a delivery before they can send them out. So that's about 5 weeks since I've been on the trails after being hit by a bloody car and sorting the bike out.

But i have had a good play around on the streets, wheelies and manuals are the best they've ever been. I can now do an endo and then ride backwards and i've done a little bit of cornering practise on a gravel turn with a slick on the back. Ain't half sketchy.

Well just found out unofficially that the job I was going for was taken down as it was filled internally, oh well, nothing ventured nothing gained, only my hopes and dreams.

To be fairit wasonly going to be an interim move, at least I can try for preferred locations as and when they arise.

To numb the pain however, starbucks is soothing me nicely

    Gazlar - Bad times.

Still, keep on looking, something will turn up.

You could always come over here and be a seasonal driver for the steam train

well it is gay pride here in brum, and my milkshake does bring all the boys to the yard, although there's no way they are sticking their straw in my shapely cup

interestingly brum is full of bummers today, many wearing nutlube tshirts!

And cheers cwnt, it was a no lose situation though, I'm happy in my work, just in a sheeite town, but staying put means more money and more leave.

One thing for sure is if i was still with her i wouldn't have rediscovered my love for mountain biking as that's what kept me out of spiraling into deep depression and i certainly wouldn't have been able to buy myself a Meta 5.5 :D Hoping i won't need any porn as i've got my best bacon scent on and going out on the prowl tonight, i've even found a nice deep ditch just incase.

Had an awesome day at Degla did a loop of red then the black and also rediscovered most of my mojo so things are good :P
